welcome

If you're new to New Covenant Church, Weymouth then first of all welcome! We are so pleased to have you be with us whether you are just visiting or you are making this church your spiritual home.

when & where

First of all you'll need to know where we are going to be and when. The main Sunday meeting is at 10:30am at the Prayerhouse - click here to find out more. There are other things going on as well such as Life Groups and Bible studies you may want to get involved in.

the people

Loads of people are involved in the church but when you are new it helps to recognise some of the faces you are likely to see up the front. First of all is Paul and Anna White who are the pastors and Dave & Sally Scragg who are elders. Also at the front is the worship band and often leading the worship is Vicki Hulbert. Finally Pete Millner is our assistant pastor. Of course there are loads others but these are a few you are likely to see doing things on a Sunday morning.

groups

Sunday morning meetings are really exciting and significant, as God shows up in a special way when we are all together. We also recognise the importance of small, more intimate gatherings, where we are able to build closer relationships and to feel that we belong. It is vital to life that we have a network of friends around us who love us, pray for us and support us, hence the reason for Life Groups. These meet at various times during the week, in people's homes in the Weymouth and Portland area. If you are not in a Life Group at the moment and would like to find one near you, send us an email.

Mobilise is the funky equivelant for the youth of Secondary School age, which meets at the Prayerhouse Tuesdays 6pm till 7:30pm during term time.

Revolution if for children of primary school age and meets at the Prayerhouse Wednesdays 4:30pm till 6pm during term time.

Parents with babies and toddlers have a great time at Little Blessings at the Prayerhouse Wednesdays 10am till 11:30 am, also during term time.
